The following 3 clauses are part of my Academy’s Code of Ethics

Client confidentiality is a very important aspect of our work and no information is ever divulged to others at any time.

3. The confidentiality of clients must be respected at all times. Only if the client or some other person might be endangered or if some authority with judicial power makes a legally binding demand for information, should he member consider breaking confidence. In such a case, the individual member shall judge whether information should be divulged.

6. If a member wishes to publish, in any form, any case history or part thereof, where a client’s anonymity cannot be maintained, the client’s written permission must be obtained before such publishing occurs.

7. If a member wishes to publish, in any form, any case history or part thereof, where a client’s anonymity can be maintained the client’s written permission would not normally be required before such publishing occurs.
